Delphi implementation of XRechnung, ZUGFeRD and Peppol BIS Billing: generate and validate the structured e-invoices required for business-to-government billing in Germany and the wider EU. Note the licence: GPL-3.0 (strong copyleft) - a program that links this code must itself be released under the GPL.
