Project Fresnel

New UI paradigm for Lazarus: CSS-based custom-drawn controls instead of LCL widgets, with flow, flexbox and grid layout, animations, pseudo-classes, font fallbacks and responsive design. 100% Object Pascal, controls independent of the LCL, and Fresnel forms can run alongside existing LCL forms for gradual porting.
