Fast, scalable memory manager for Delphi, rewritten from the ground up for multithreaded workloads: lock contention avoidance, memory leak detection and reporting, debug mode with stack traces, and configurable message templates. Note the licence: FastMM5 is dual-licensed — free under GPL v3, or a paid commercial licence (from USD 99 per developer) if you do not wish to publish your source code.
