Official Embarcadero module that exposes Delphi's VCL to Python: build native Windows desktop applications from Python using the Visual Component Library, with the full set of standard VCL controls. Note the licence: this is Embarcadero freeware, not open source - use is governed by their Freeware Edition Software License Agreement.
