Customize camera (CSI / MIPI / GMSL sensor bring-up)

Enable MIPI/GMSL camera sensors on a Jetson Thor or Orin custom carrier by rendering a kernel-DT overlay from the in-tree sensor DTSI. Do NOT use for UPHY lane allocation or ODMDATA edits.
